Two additional members were appointed as ex officio representatives from the Ministry of Finance and Bank Indonesia.
The sworn commissioners include Friderica Widyasari Dewi as Chair for 2026–2032 and Hernawan Bekti Sasongko for 2026–2031.
Other members are Hasan Fawzi, Dicky Kartikoyono, Adi Budiarso, Juda Agung, and Thomas A.M Djiwandono.

Following the oath, the commissioners officially assumed their duties and authority under Law No. 21 of 2011 on OJK, as strengthened by Law No. 4 of 2023 on Financial Sector Development and Strengthening.
The swearing-in marks the continuation of efforts to fill strategic positions within OJK to reinforce institutional leadership.
These efforts aim to maintain financial system stability, enhance consumer protection, deepen financial markets, and oversee the transformation of the national financial services sector.
