Maucash, a fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending provider under PT Astra Welab Digital Arta, is gearing up for a major expansion in 2025. The company plans to strengthen its business by broadening partnerships with new banks, seizing untapped opportunities in the financing sector.
Marketing Director Indra Suryawan expressed optimism about the company’s growth potential, emphasizing the importance of banking collaborations. “Facing 2025, we will expand partnerships with new banks because there are still many opportunities we can work on together,” Indra said on Tuesday (30/12/2024).
Maucash’s strategy aligns with its positive track record. In 2023, the company disbursed over Rp4.8 trillion in loans, marking a 20% increase from the previous year. For 2024, the company projects a 23% growth in loan distribution, reflecting the accelerated expansion of its business.
Throughout 2024, Maucash has added several new channels through partnerships with banks. Indra noted that the ongoing collaboration pipeline is expected to materialize in 2025, further enhancing customer solutions.
The company’s focus on loyal customers, especially those with strong financial reputations, is central to its strategy. Indra highlighted that many of Maucash’s loyal customers come from a variety of industries, both within and beyond Astra’s ecosystem.
To support this growth, Maucash aims to strengthen its market penetration by optimizing its partnerships with banks. "We welcome 2025 with optimism, hoping to collaborate with our partners, particularly banks, to expand and enhance our penetration and provide optimal support to our loyal customers," Indra concluded.
