The competition, which has been held since 2023, carries the theme "Know the Market, Own the Game." It aims to help university students and recent graduates strengthen strategic thinking, understand market conditions, identify opportunities, and develop business strategies with real impact.
BCA said BBCC is also intended to help participants prepare for various business challenges and develop the skills needed to become future business leaders.

"BBCC is one of BCA's commitments to developing young talent who are ready to face industry dynamics. We hope BBCC 2026 can become both a learning space and a stage for Indonesian youth to demonstrate their best potential," BCA Director Lianawaty Suwono said.
BBCC 2026 Offers More Immersive Learning Experience
BBCC 2026 was designed differently from previous editions to provide a more immersive and collaborative learning experience.
The finalists were not only asked to solve business cases on paper. They were also invited to explore real market conditions through strategic challenges and quests, interactive workshops, and intensive mentoring and networking sessions with BCA management and professional practitioners.
Through these activities, participants had the opportunity to test their business hypotheses and strategies directly before industry experts. They also had the opportunity to build professional networks before entering the workforce.
BCA Develops Young Talent Through Business Competition
BCA said the annual competition is designed to provide participants with increasingly rich experiences.
"Every year, we try to bring something new to BBCC so that participants can gain an increasingly rich experience. We believe this experience will equip them to become business leaders who are not only competent, but also sensitive to market needs," BCA EVP Human Capital Management Alrianto Djunaidi said.
At the BBCC 2026 Awarding Night in Jakarta, the three best teams were announced after completing a series of competition stages, from business case studies to final presentations before BCA management and professional practitioners.
The first-place team received Rp20 million after completing the selection process, which was joined by more than 3,000 applicants from various universities in Indonesia and overseas.
