BSI Ranks First in FLPP Mortgage Distribution After Reaching 66% of Its 2026 Housing Financing Target

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI) ranked first nationally in achieving its 2026 FLPP housing financing target while continuing to support the Government's Three Million Homes Program through subsidized housing financing for low-income communities. The company announced the achievement in Jakarta (01/08).

BSI has reached around 66% of its annual target of 3,283 FLPP housing units in 2026. The bank provides Sharia-compliant financing to help low-income communities access decent, quality, and affordable housing.

BSI Records More Than 25,000 FLPP Housing Units Since Merger

Since its merger, BSI has financed more than 25,000 FLPP housing units with a total value of approximately Rp3.6 trillion across Indonesia.

Most of the financing has been distributed in South Sumatra, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and South Sulawesi.

BSI Strengthens Affordable Housing Through Sharia Financing

BSI Vice President Director Bob T Ananta said housing is one of the foundations of sustainable living.

"Housing is one of the foundations of sustainable living. Through this program, we continue to strengthen the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia in making basic needs more accessible through Sharia financing schemes," he said.

Bob added that BSI is serious about carrying out this responsibility by working with more than 700 trusted developer partners. The partnership is intended to provide customers with homes that offer good quality, secure legal status, and strategic locations.

BSI Participates in National Mass Mortgage Signing Ceremony

As part of this year's distribution program, BSI participated in the national mass signing ceremony for 62,000 subsidized housing mortgages and the distribution of Rp880 billion in Housing People's Business Credit (KUR) in Batang Regency, Central Java. The event was attended by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.

BSI facilitated financing for 1,213 customers out of the 62,000 customers participating in the nationwide mass signing ceremony. The participation reflects the bank's support for expanding home ownership among low-income communities through Sharia financing.

BSI Continues Collaboration With Government

BSI stated that its participation in the national ceremony reinforces its commitment to working with the Government, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas, BP Tapera, and other stakeholders to accelerate the Three Million Homes Program.

The bank stated that FLPP housing financing is expected to continue growing in line with increasing demand for decent housing. Nationally, BSI's total home financing portfolio has reached Rp61.2 trillion, while its FLPP housing financing portfolio totals Rp5.7 trillion.
