Spin-Off Aligns With Telkom’s TLKM 30 Transformation Strategy
The separation of the Wholesale Fiber Connectivity business and assets is part of Telkom’s TLKM 30 transformation strategy, which focuses on portfolio restructuring and business focus to generate sustainable value.
InfraNexia is expected to support the acceleration of Indonesia’s digital connectivity ecosystem by optimizing infrastructure assets and improving the quality of digital infrastructure services.
Telkom Management Emphasizes Agile Business Structure
Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini expressed appreciation to stakeholders for their continued support of the company’s transformation agenda.
“We extend our gratitude to stakeholders for their support and confidence in Telkom’s transformation efforts. The approval of this business and asset separation strengthens the company’s transformation agenda to build a more focused and agile business structure, enabling Telkom to contribute more significantly to national digital acceleration and create added value for the company, stakeholders, society, and the state,” Dian Siswarini said.
InfraNexia to Control Majority of Fiber Infrastructure Assets
After the first phase of the spin-off, InfraNexia will own more than 50% of Telkom’s total fiber network infrastructure, covering access, aggregation, backbone, and other supporting infrastructure.
The second phase of the spin-off is targeted for full completion in 2026, with total asset value reaching Rp90 trillion.
EGMS Also Approves PDNS Assignment and Board Changes
At the same meeting, shareholders approved the government’s assignment for Telkom to operate and maintain the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) during the transition period until the government’s permanent data center becomes fully operational.
