Jakpat’s survey results showed that GoFood was the most popular overall, used by 38% of all respondents. ShopeeFood came in second at 29%, followed by GrabFood with 27%. Only 4% reported using official restaurant apps to order food.
The survey was conducted on March 13–14, 2025, involving 1,343 respondents from Gen Z, millennials, and Gen X across Indonesia, with a margin of error under 5%.
