  • Telkomsel: The operator launched the “Surprise Deal Ramadan,” which provides up to 50% discounts compared to regular prices. The package includes larger data quotas, call bonuses, and added customer support during the mudik period. Adi Wahyuni Basuki Sigit, Director of Sales at Telkomsel, expressed that the operator is committed to supporting the government’s goal of ensuring smooth communication during this busy period.   • Indosat: Indosat introduced six special Ramadan packages, offering discounts of up to 50% off the standard rates for data per gigabyte. These packages also include up to 5,000 minutes of free calls to other Indosat users. Reski Damayanti, Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Indosat, emphasized, "We designed these packages to offer internet services at a more affordable price during Ramadan and Lebaran, ensuring that customers stay connected with family and friends."
  • XL Axiata: XL Axiata also provided up to 50% discounts on packages for prepaid, postpaid, and home broadband customers. Additionally, the company set up service posts at various strategic locations to assist customers during their travels. Yessie D.   • Smartfren: Smartfren launched its "Kuota Besar Ibadah Lancar" program, offering large data packages at discounts of up to 50%. Merza Fachys, President Director of Smartfren, noted that the demand for data increases during Eid. "We understand that customers’ data needs are higher during Idulfitri, so we’ve provided large, affordable packages to ensure they remain connected without worry," he said.
