The Siloam Cardiac Summit 2025, held on January 11, 2025, at the Ritz Carlton in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, marked a significant milestone in Indonesia's cardiovascular healthcare landscape. With the theme "Cardiovascular Mastery: Skills Beyond Theory," the summit brought together over 600 medical professionals, including cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and healthcare experts, to discuss and advance cardiovascular care in the country.

Caroline Riady, CEO of Siloam Hospitals Group, emphasized the organization's commitment to enhancing heart health services. The summit featured eight grand lecture sessions and 27 interactive training villages, covering a wide range of topics such as coronary artery disease management, heart failure, and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Distinguished speakers included Dr. Dicky Aligheri Wartono, Sp.BTKV (K), FIHA, FICA, who highlighted the importance of collaboration between surgeons and cardiologists in achieving optimal patient outcomes. He remarked, "Close collaboration between surgeons and cardiologists is key to ensuring the best results for patients. Our focus is not only on treatment but also on innovation that addresses urgent needs in Indonesia."

International experts from renowned institutions such as Cleveland Clinic, National Taiwan University Hospital, and National University Heart Centre Singapore shared their insights. Prof. Samir Kapadia, MD, from Cleveland Clinic, opened the plenary session with a talk on "Percutaneous Treatment of Valvular Heart Disease in 2025," underscoring the significance of global collaboration in advancing cardiovascular care.
