Lim Chu Chong, President Director of PT Bank DBS Indonesia, has been honored with the Top 100 CEO 2024 award by Infobank Media Group. The award ceremony took place on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan in Jakarta, during the Closing Year Forum and Appreciation event themed "How a Great Leader Create More Leaders." This recognition highlights his innovative leadership and significant contributions to the growth of Bank DBS Indonesia and the national banking industry.

With over 25 years of experience in institutional, SME, and consumer banking, Lim Chu Chong began his career as a Credit and Marketing Officer in Corporate Banking. He progressively advanced to become the Regional Head of SME Banking. Between 2016 and 2019, he served as the Head of DBS Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in China, enriching his experience as an international banker. He also held the position of Non-Independent Commissioner at DBS Bank Indonesia and was a board member of the DBS Foundation. 

Since August 2022, Lim Chu Chong has been leading Bank DBS Indonesia as President Director. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Institutional Banking Group at DBS Bank, where he was responsible for facilitating business growth, strengthening policies, governance, and controls, enhancing data capabilities, and improving customer and employee experiences.

Under his visionary leadership, Bank DBS Indonesia has strengthened its market position, enhanced customer services, and developed human resources. The Top 100 CEO 2024 award serves as a testament to his dedication and success in the banking sector.
