"When I look at 2028, Indosat will have around 5,000 employees and 25,000 AI agents. This is how we imagine the future. There will be growth in the number of employees, but exponential growth will occur in the number of agents," said Vikram.

Indosat has already begun integrating AI into daily operations, becoming the first company in Asia to implement Gemini Enterprise for employees.
Company data shows that 1,400 out of 3,500 employees currently use AI every day to improve work performance.

The company has strengthened its collaboration with Google Cloud, including involvement in the open-source platform Sahabat-AI.
