The bank reported total transaction value of Rp7,057 trillion, representing a 26.1 percent year-on-year increase compared to 2024.

During the same period, BRImo handled 5.60 billion transactions, growing 29 percent year on year.

He explained that the performance improvement reflects BRI’s strategy to reinforce its information technology infrastructure and optimize transaction engines in an integrated manner.
BRImo User Base Expands to 45.9 Million Users
BRImo was used by 45.9 million users by the end of 2025, an increase of approximately 18.9 percent year on year.
BRI stated that this growth indicates wider public adoption of its digital services to support daily financial transactions.
Integrated Digital Ecosystem Supports Transaction Growth
BRI continues to build digital capabilities connected to its entire service ecosystem, including ATM and CRM networks, merchant EDC machines, BRI QRIS, and BRILink agents across Indonesia.
Saladin added that BRI’s digital transformation focuses not only on increasing transaction volumes, but also on improving service quality and system reliability through strengthened technology architecture, infrastructure modernization, and sustainable system management.
