PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (NeutraDC) strengthened its position as a key driver of regional data center and AI infrastructure growth in Southeast Asia amid rising demand for large-scale computing and AI-ready facilities (31/12). Operating under PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, NeutraDC highlighted its role in supporting Indonesia as a regional AI gateway through the SIJORI corridor (Singapore–Johor–Riau).
NeutraDC operates 34 data centers across major cities in Indonesia and Singapore, forming part of a digital ecosystem hub that enhances national connectivity and supports Indonesia’s digital transformation.
Strategic Partnerships and AI-Ready Infrastructure Development
Throughout 2025, NeutraDC actively built strategic partnerships and sustainable energy collaborations with multiple stakeholders to support inclusive and responsible infrastructure growth.
The company focused on developing a market-driven, AI-ready digital infrastructure ecosystem by strengthening service capabilities, accelerating facility development, and expanding cross-sector collaboration to address growing industry needs.
Service Innovation and Regulatory Compliance Milestones
NeutraDC recorded several key achievements in 2025, including obtaining the SBO license to strengthen regulatory compliance and support long-term business growth.
The company also launched NeutraConnect and NeutraCompute as the foundation of its AI-ready services and expanded partnerships with technology partners, energy providers, and academic institutions at national and regional levels.
Chief Executive Officer of NeutraDC, Andreuw Th.A.F., said, “We continue to strengthen NeutraDC’s role from merely a data center operator to an enabler of the digital ecosystem.”
“Through strategic collaboration and service development aligned with market needs, we want to ensure that the infrastructure we build is not only ready to support future technologies, but also delivers long-term value for industry, partners, and Indonesia’s digital ecosystem as a whole,” he added.
Data Sovereignty and Hyperscale Data Center Expansion
NeutraDC plays an important role in supporting Indonesia’s data sovereignty by ensuring secure data storage and processing in compliance with national regulations.
With 29 hyperscale, enterprise, and edge data centers across Indonesia, NeutraDC supports critical digital services across sectors and received an award in the Data Sovereignty and Data Localization Support category.
In response to increased cloud adoption and AI workloads, NeutraDC accelerated the development of large-scale data centers in strategic locations, including Cikarang with capacity up to 121.5 MW and Batam up to 54 MW.
Sustainable Operations and Regional Connectivity via SIJORI
One major milestone in 2025 was the topping-off of NeutraDC Nxera Batam, with an initial capacity of 18 MW expandable to 54 MW, which obtained Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents.
NeutraDC also received Renewable Energy Certificates from PLN and partnered with energy stakeholders to use renewable and low-carbon energy in its operations, earning recognition in the Future-Ready Green Data Center category.
“Investment in green data centers and energy efficiency is a long-term strategy to ensure responsible and sustainable growth,” Andreuw said.
Through integration across the SIJORI region, including data centers and subsea cable connectivity, NeutraDC strengthened its position as a carrier-neutral data center and regional digital hub supporting cross-border data flows.
