Director of Human Capital Management at Telkom, Willy Saelan, stated that the conference theme reflects current industry conditions.
“The theme of this year’s conference is very appropriate to describe the reality we are experiencing, where research has a strategic role as a fundamental connector that unites innovation with real impact, organizational agility with strategic direction, and collaboration with measurable outcomes,” he said.
Senior General Manager Telkom Corporate University M. Subhan Iswahyudi highlighted the need for synergy among universities, research institutions, and global collaborators.
“We open this ecosystem for universities, research institutions, and global collaborators to present real challenges and data, accompanied by academia that brings scientific rigor and creativity to create strong synergy in accelerating progress and delivering impact for the nation,” he explained.

Founder and CEO of Research Synergy Foundation Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih said ICRES–ISCLO 2025 reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the global research ecosystem.
