ANTAM Corporate Secretary Division Head Wisnu Danandi Haryanto stated that shareholders approved changes to the company’s board of management during the meeting.

In the same meeting, shareholders approved the honorable dismissal of Rauf Purnama as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner.

ANTAM Director of Business Development I Dewa Wirantaya said the changes in management are expected to strengthen leadership amid dynamics in the mining industry and regulatory changes.

“We are optimistic that the new management structure will strengthen ANTAM’s performance and encourage the creation of sustainable added value for the company and the state,” Dewa said.

Articles of Association and Strategic Authority Approved

The EGMS also approved amendments to ANTAM’s Articles of Association to align with Law No. 16 of 2025 concerning State-Owned Enterprises.

In addition, shareholders granted authority to the Board of Commissioners to approve the 2026 Work Plan and Budget and the 2026–2030 Long-Term Corporate Plan, which management considers necessary to improve decision-making effectiveness and maintain strategic continuity.
