PT Kimia Farma Tbk (IDX: KAEF) announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on November 3, 2025. New Appointments in Company Leadership

In the second agenda, shareholders approved changes in the management structure. The meeting decided to honorably dismiss Lina Sari from her position as Director of Finance and Risk Management and Wiku Adisasmito from his position as Commissioner. As replacements, shareholders appointed Willy Meridian as Director of Finance and Risk Management and Sumarjati Arjoso as Commissioner.
