PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has officially launched Batch 3 of the Telkom Digistar Class Intern 2025, following strong enthusiasm from thousands of previous applicants.

The Digistar Class Intern (DCI) is designed to equip university students and graduates with intensive mentoring and real work experience across various TelkomGroup units.

Applications Open for Active Students Starting Semester 6

Batch 3 opened on June 16, 2025, for active university students in at least their sixth semester.

The program offers a complete learning experience through a combination of technical mentoring and internships.

Participants will engage in real work projects while receiving training developed in collaboration with Telkom Corporate University and relevant business units.

Areas of focus include Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and B2B Solutions.

The curriculum is designed to strengthen both technical expertise and soft skills, helping students prepare for challenges in the digital workforce.

Telkom Aims to Bridge Campus-Industry Gap

“Digistar is a concrete form of Telkom’s commitment to building and preparing outstanding digital talent in Indonesia,” said Henry Christiadi, Director of Human Capital Management at Telkom.

Selection Highlights and Long-Term Integration

The success of previous batches demonstrates the program’s selectivity and impact. In Batch 1, 9,415 students applied, with only 233 accepted.

Batch 2, which targeted fresh graduates, received 5,862 applications, selecting 31 participants.

They came from 62 universities and worked on 40 different business functions within TelkomGroup, guided by 151 professional mentors.

The program is integrated with Telkom’s Candidate Relationship Management System (CRMS), ensuring that mentee data and performance records are continuously monitored.

This system supports long-term engagement with top talent and allows Telkom to map participant potential accurately.

National Recognition for Internship Excellence

Telkom received the Anugerah Diktisaintek 2024 as Best Partner in the MSIB category from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

This recognition affirms the company’s role in producing top digital human resources through structured internships.
