LINE Bank by Hana Bank has introduced the EZCard, a solution designed to simplify transportation and transactions for Indonesian travelers heading to South Korea. The card, launched on January 22, 2025, is issued by EZL Corp. and distributed exclusively by LINE Bank, making it the first Indonesian bank to offer a South Korea-specific transportation card.

EZCard is compatible with all public transportation in South Korea, including buses, subways, and taxis. Additionally, it can be used for cashless payments at over 40,000 locations, such as convenience stores, restaurants, theaters, and coffee shops connected to the EZL network.

Applying for an EZCard is straightforward via the LINE Bank app. Users can select the "Apply for EZCard" option, provide a shipping address, and link it to their existing account. The card will then be delivered to their chosen address. Travelers can also check and top up their EZCard balance directly through the app, with competitive exchange rates for Rupiah to Won.

To complement this launch, EZCard holders can enjoy exclusive benefits, such as competitive exchange rates for banknotes at Hana Bank branches in South Korea and discounts on Hanbok rentals at Hanboknam and purchases at LINE Stores.

LINE Bank also offers additional banking solutions, such as Quick Credit with flexible installment plans up to 36 months and contactless Visa debit cards, ensuring a complete and convenient financial ecosystem for customers.
