McEasy Raises $9 Million to Accelerate AI Development and Southeast Asia Expansion

Indonesian technology startup McEasy has secured USD 9 million in Series B funding to accelerate technology development and expand its business into Southeast Asia (15/09).

Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya said the funding reflects the ability of Indonesian technology companies to turn industry needs into value-added products.

“Indonesia has the talent, market, and industrial needs that can serve as a growth space for technological innovation, as demonstrated by McEasy,” Minister Riefky said in a written statement in Jakarta, as quoted on the Ministry’s official website on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Riefky said the challenge for Indonesian technology companies is no longer only about creating innovations. They must also ensure that their products can be commercialized and compete in the global market.

The government, he said, will encourage startups to strengthen the entire process, from product development to market expansion.

Singapore-Based Integra Partners Leads McEasy Funding Round

Singapore-based venture capital firm Integra Partners led the Series B funding round. McEasy also received additional growth debt financing from InnoVen Capital.

Previously, McEasy received seed and Series A funding from East Ventures and Granite Asia.

“This achievement shows that Indonesian technology companies have the capacity to build products that meet industry needs while earning the trust of the market and investors,” Minister Riefky said.

He added that the experience provides an important foundation for bringing Indonesian innovation to the regional market.

The Ministry is committed to serving as a facilitator for startups in product development and commercialization.

“We want to ensure that innovations originating from Indonesia do not stop at the prototype stage,” Minister Riefky said.

McEasy Serves 2,000 Companies in Mobility and Logistics

Founded in 2017, McEasy develops digital solutions for the mobility, transportation, and logistics sectors.

The company is now used by around 2,000 companies and records approximately 350 million kilometers of vehicle travel each month.

Funding to Accelerate AI and Analytics Development

McEasy Co-Founder and CEO Raymond Sutjiono said the new funding will accelerate the development of analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

“This funding allows us to move beyond simply recording data to being able to predict. Transforming nine years of vehicle data into an AI model that helps fleet operators know what will happen next, not just what has already happened,” Raymond said.
