The exhibition, held from August 27 to 30, 2026, brings together more than 360,000 property units offered by over 130 state-owned and private developers.

From the BUMN ecosystem, 12 developers are presenting more than 16,000 units from 98 projects across 23 provinces. The total inventory value reaches Rp9.79 trillion.

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 Supports the 3 Million Houses Program

Danantara Indonesia said the expo provides housing options and financing solutions intended to make home ownership more accessible to the public.

Danantara Indonesia Chief Executive Officer Rosan Roeslani said the event represents the company’s support, together with the BUMN ecosystem, for the Government’s 3 Million Houses Program.

"Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is a concrete form of support from Danantara Indonesia together with the entire BUMN ecosystem for the 3 Million Houses Program, which is a priority program of the Government. Through Danantara Housing Expo, we seek to present three things at once, namely the best housing supply at affordable prices, competitive and affordable financing schemes, as well as easier access for the public, especially the lower-middle segment, to realize their dream of owning a home," Rosan said.

Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait said the expo can serve as a platform that connects different stakeholders in the housing ecosystem.

"We see that Danantara Housing Expo is not only a place to offer houses, but also a platform that brings together the public with developers, banks, and various industry players in one housing ecosystem. Through various housing choices and financing alternatives, we hope that it will become easier for people to realize home ownership according to their needs and abilities," Maruarar said.

Expo Offers Housing, Financing and Construction Solutions

Unlike conventional property exhibitions, Danantara Housing Expo 2026 brings an integrated housing ecosystem together in one location.

Visitors can explore housing options and receive information about financing, insurance protection, and construction innovations related to housing quality and sustainability.

The exhibition offers several types of housing, including subsidized homes, family houses, apartments, and premium residences.

It also showcases construction and housing technologies, including earthquake-resistant houses, precision interlocking brick technology, solar panels, and other solutions to improve housing quality.

Himbara Financing Starts at 2.75% Interest

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 also presents financing innovations from Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara).

For certain programs and products, visitors can access financing with down payments starting at 1%, annual interest rates starting at 2.75%, and loan terms of up to 30 years.

Visitors can conduct financing consultations and submit financing applications directly at the exhibition venue.

Mass KPR Signing Involves 200 Prospective Homeowners

The expo also features a mass credit agreement signing for home ownership involving 200 prospective homeowners, Himbara banks, and various developers.

Most of the homes included in the agreements have an average price of around Rp166 million. The financing uses a fixed interest rate of 5% until the loans are fully paid.

The event also offers prize and door prize programs for visitors, including houses, apartments, electric vehicles, gold pieces, and travel tickets from BUMN partners.
