DANA has relaunched its Posko Bantuan Keliling (PBK) program to expand digital security education and provide direct customer assistance across Indonesia (19/05).
The program, first introduced in 2025, reflects DANA’s commitment to building a safe, inclusive, and accessible financial ecosystem.
The 2026 rollout began on 18 May across seven cities: Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Musi Banyuasin, Jember, Palu, Batam, and Pontianak.
Indonesia’s Cashless Growth Strengthens Digital Financial Ecosystem
Indonesia’s cashless transaction ecosystem continues to grow significantly, supported by increasing digital adoption.
Based on Bank Indonesia data, electronic money transactions from January to July 2025 increased by 65.49 percent year-on-year, reaching Rp524.89 trillion.
This growth is driven by wider adoption of digital technology and the expansion of QRIS and e-wallet usage.
Rising Digital Fraud Risks Highlight Need for User Protection
The increase in digital transactions is also accompanied by rising risks of online fraud targeting users across different groups.
Common threats include scams, phishing, and social engineering. These issues reinforce the importance of continuous digital security education.
Data from the 2025 Posko Bantuan Keliling shows that 60 percent of complaints were related to account issues, indicating recurring user challenges in digital financial services.
Services and Features of DANA Mobile Assistance Post 2026
The Posko Bantuan Keliling provides direct consultation services for account and transaction problems, along with digital security education.
Services include anti-scam education, simulations of fraud scenarios, assistance with app updates, and guidance on security tools such as Scam Checker.
“Amid the continuous growth of digital transactions, we believe that a face-to-face approach remains important to build user trust and provide a sense of security in transactions,” said Cary Piantono.
He also explained that DANA is expanding the reach of PBK through live streaming services so that users in areas that cannot yet be visited directly can still receive education and assistance.
Through PBK, the company aims for users to feel the presence of DANA, both through education and support in resolving the issues they experience.
Hybrid Access and Nationwide Expansion Strategy
In 2026, DANA expands the program coverage from 26 cities in 10 provinces to 36 cities in 20 provinces, including Ketapang, Lombok Timur, and Samarinda.
The service operates on weekdays from 09.00 to 15.00 local time in each city. DANA also introduces a semi-permanent service location at DANA Campus @ BSD Biomedical Campus.
In addition, online education sessions will be held via Instagram and TikTok livestreams every Wednesday from 15.00 to 16.00 WIB.
