These included Gold Inventory Intelligence by the Anak Emas BSI team, Beyond ATM Monitoring by the Guard ATM team, and Centralized Digital Fiduciary Management by the Fast Operations Squad.

Various teams within the organization also secured five Gold awards.
The Riyal Rangers team won in the BSI Direct Settlement SAR category, while Sales Power OASE received recognition for One Application for Sales Evolution.
Additional awards were given to The Power Changers for 3PP–Financing Revolution, Menyala Voipku for lBYOND VoIP & Care, and Ultimate QA for implementing an AI-based Quality Monitoring System.
