“We facilitate UMKM pharmacies to reach a wider market and deliver products across Indonesia,” Ruth stated during the SWA Magazine Conference & Awarding at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, on Tuesday (27/01/2026).

GoApotik’s infrastructure now includes 212 points throughout Indonesia, ensuring that healthcare deliveries are safe, fast, and reliable for customers.

Data-Driven Digital Marketing Strengthens Pharmacy Sales

The company’s success relies on a data-driven digital marketing strategy using the AIDA model (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) to add value for partner pharmacies and their brands.

Strategies include increasing awareness by registering products on e-commerce platforms and social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok. GoApotik also optimizes homepage banners, uses e-commerce ad bidding, collaborates with affiliators, conducts webinars for pharmacists, runs promotions during special periods, and retargets customers via CRM to encourage repeat purchases.

UMKM Pharmacies See Significant Growth

The impact of GoApotik’s digitalization is evident among its partners. One pharmacy in Bekasi, after three months of digital marketing, increased its monthly customer base tenfold.

Pharmacies that initially served only local customers can now deliver products to 400 cities. Other partners have reported similar increases in sales after joining the GoApotik ecosystem.
