At the same event, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between Bandung Techno Park and Opus Solutions Limited (Hong Kong). Opus Solutions will act as an advisory partner and support the implementation of the collaboration between Cyberport and Tel-U. The agreement covers program facilitation, startup exchanges, joint research, and joint promotion to expand the innovation ecosystem in both countries.

Prof. Dr. Suyanto, Rector of Tel-U, described the collaboration as an important milestone for Tel-U as a World Class Entrepreneurial University.
“Through this partnership, we hope to accelerate innovation and connectivity between Indonesia and Hong Kong, and open pathways for our startups to have a significant impact in the global market,” said Prof. Suyanto.
