BRImo User Growth Hits 42.7M in June 2025, a 21.2% YoY Surge, What’s Driving This Boom?

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) has recorded continued success in its digital transformation. By June 2025, its BRImo application had reached 42.7 million users.

This number represents a year-on-year growth of 21.2%, or an increase of 7.5 million users from the same period in 2024.

The growth highlights stronger adoption of BRI’s digital services, reflecting a shift in public preference toward faster, easier, and more secure banking.

BRImo Emerges as a Full-Service Super App

BRI President Director Hery Gunardi stated that the growth of BRImo shows how well the bank is meeting customer needs in the digital era.

“BRImo is not just mobile banking, but has become a super app integrated with various financial services, from daily transactions and digital account openings to investment features and bill payments. The innovations we provide aim to make banking services more accessible and convenient anytime and anywhere, supporting our goal to become a universal banking provider,” said Hery.

Enhancing Features and User Experience to Stay Ahead

BRI continues to develop BRImo’s features and improve user experience to stay aligned with technology trends and customer needs.

Amid an increasingly digital environment, BRImo has become a key platform for delivering BRI’s financial services to diverse segments of society.

Within one integrated application, users can make QRIS payments, transfer funds between banks, and purchase investment products such as government bonds and mutual funds.

A Digital Ecosystem Built for the Future

“Through an adaptive and customer-centric digital strategy, BRI is optimistic that BRImo’s growth will continue,” Hery said.

He added that BRI remains committed to strengthening its digital ecosystem by developing innovative features, expanding integration with strategic partners, and improving user security and comfort in digital transactions.
