Bank Mandiri continues to strengthen its digital transformation in wholesale banking through the Kopra by Mandiri platform.
This move aligns with the company’s strategy to deliver adaptive and integrated financial services for business actors amid global market developments.
By the end of Q1 2025, Kopra recorded a transaction volume of 349 million with a total value of IDR 6,000 trillion, reflecting a 23% increase compared to the same period last year.
This achievement confirms Kopra’s position as the main platform supporting digital corporate financial activities.
“Kopra by Mandiri is designed to provide end-to-end solutions for corporate clients, from domestic to international transactions, through features that support business efficiency,” said BD Budi Prasetyo, SVP Digital Wholesale Banking Bank Mandiri, in an official statement on Wednesday (4/6).
Kopra’s Integrated Features Enhance Cash Flow and Trade Management
The platform enables companies to manage cash flow, conduct foreign exchange transactions, and monitor financial activities in real time via a unified dashboard.
Kopra offers three integrated features Cash Management, Value Chain, and Trade accessible with a Single Sign-On system.
This solution helps businesses handle cash flow, supply chain financing, and business transactions more efficiently, strengthening operational effectiveness and competitiveness.
Digital Invoice and Payment Solutions for MSMEs
Bank Mandiri has also introduced the Electronic Invoice Presentment & Payment (EIPP) feature in Kopra, designed to help MSMEs manage billing and payments digitally.
“Through EIPP, MSMEs can accelerate cash turnover, reduce payment delays, and minimize reliance on manual processes,” Budi added.
With EIPP, companies including MSMEs can quickly send invoices digitally to business partners without depending on physical documents or manual steps.
This service helps reduce late payments, administrative errors, and operational costs.
Each transaction is automatically recorded, allowing real-time payment monitoring through an integrated dashboard.
Automatic Billing Reminders and Real-Time Reconciliation Support Efficiency
The EIPP feature includes automatic billing reminders sent via Kopra or Livin’ by Mandiri.
Kopra sends reminders to partners’ calendars, while Livin’ notifies partners registered as users by phone number.
Supported by automatic reconciliation and real-time data matching, this system speeds up financial reporting and reduces payment delays, providing a reliable solution for business actors.
“Through EIPP, MSMEs can now simplify payment acceptance with a more accurate and integrated system,” Budi stated.
