Driving Equal Digital Access Through Infrastructure Synergy
This collaboration aims to accelerate equal digital access across Indonesia by combining the infrastructure and services of the three companies.
It is expected to provide the “People’s Internet” affordable, inclusive, and sustainable internet for more than 40 million households nationwide.
Muhammad Rofik, Executive Vice President of Telkom’s Wholesale Service Division, said, “This collaboration is a real manifestation of our commitment to expanding national connectivity. By utilizing the strength of infrastructure and technology from all parties, we want to ensure that all Indonesian people, without exception, can enjoy affordable and reliable internet services.”

Scope of Strategic Cooperation
The MoU covers several areas of cooperation:
- Utilization and development of metro-ethernet and IP Transit network infrastructure,
- Strengthening cloud-based digital services and messaging,
- Optimization of Edge Data Center (neuCentrIX) services,
- Utilization of passive infrastructure such as poles, towers, optical cable ducting, and dark fiber,
- Implementation of FTTX technology through the Virtual Unbundling Line Access (VULA) scheme,
- Managed Services based on collaborative network optimization and integrated monitoring systems.
The collaboration will continue toward technical and commercial implementation stages soon.
