Under Operational & Service Excellence, operating cash flow increased 9.5% YoY. The company also continued improving operational expenditure efficiency, applying prudent capital expenditure management, and implementing an Early Retirement Program alongside employee mobility initiatives.
Telkom completed the streamlining of 10 entities through divestments, mergers, and liquidations. The company also realized capital expenditure of Rp10.8 trillion, with more than 96% allocated to priority businesses in the B2C, B2B Infrastructure, and International Business segments.
Under the Unlock Value pillar, Telkom completed several strategic preparation stages for the Phase 2 InfraNexia asset transfer, which remains on schedule for completion in the second half of 2026.
The company also continued strengthening the Strategic Hold-Co operating model under the Modus-operandi Shift pillar through integrated portfolio and operational management across its four main business segments.
