The results of BTN Housingpreneur 2025 were described as encouraging, with 1,170 submissions received and 57 new innovators produced through the program.
Most participants were young startups presenting creative and solution-based ideas, especially in the use of technology within the housing sector.
“From the moment we entered the exhibition area, we could already see many innovations. Technologies are starting to emerge that will be used in housing,” Nixon said.
BTN Expo 2026 Supports SMEs, Creative Economy, and Talent Development
BTN Expo 2026 demonstrated its commitment to strengthening small and medium enterprises and the creative economy.
The event featured 30 fashion SME tenants at Bale Ayu and 23 culinary SME merchants at Bale Santap, along with the Road to Indonesia Fashion Week initiative.
In terms of human resource development, BTN organized BTN Hiring to recruit new employees and presented BTN Champions Arena by Ruangguru as part of its investment in future talent.

Vice Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Fahri Hamzah expressed appreciation for BTN’s efforts in organizing BTN Housingpreneur 2025 as part of developing the national housing ecosystem.
He said the program facilitates young Indonesians in improving their capacity to solve housing sector challenges, including the mismatch between housing supply and demand.
“I am very proud and happy to be among extraordinary young people,” Fahri said.
He encouraged young generations to pursue their dreams and bring positive change.
BTN Expo 2026 Attracts Thousands of Visitors and Raises Social Donations
During four days of implementation, BTN Expo 2026 attracted nearly 6,000 visitors from January 28 to the morning of January 30, 2026.
The event also generated social contributions, with donations of Rp7,600 collected per visitor contribution and distributed to disaster victims in Indonesia.
As of Friday (30/01), total funds collected reached Rp43,312,000.
