LinkUMKM currently offers six integrated features: UMKM Smart, Rumah BUMN, UMKM Media, Community, Digital Showcase, and NIB Registration to support business administration and legal compliance.

BRI Micro Director Akhmad Purwakajaya said LinkUMKM was developed to address the needs of business actors in accessing market information and improving administrative and business management capabilities on a sustainable basis.

“LinkUMKM opens opportunities for every business actor to participate in quality training that is relevant to business needs, from strengthening basic operations to increasing capacity to move up a level. We hope this platform can help MSMEs manage their businesses in a more structured and adaptive way to change,” Akhmad said.

Integrated Features Support Capacity Building and Market Expansion

Through the UMKM Smart feature, LinkUMKM provides a Self-Assessment Naik Kelas tool that helps MSMEs identify their business capacity using a digital scoring system.

The platform also offers a Coaching Clinic feature that connects MSMEs with professional mentors and business coaches.

Based on the assessment results, MSME actors receive training recommendations according to their business category, including traditional, developing, or modern MSMEs. More than 690 learning modules are available to strengthen both soft skills and hard skills.

LinkUMKM also provides UMKM Media, which presents inspirational content, current news, and educational infographics relevant to micro-enterprises.

To support market expansion, the Digital Showcase feature promotes MSME products to reach broader market segments and is connected to the Rumah BUMN network.

The Community feature is available as a space for collaboration and experience sharing among MSME actors.
