BRI Reaches 1.2 Million AgenBRILink Agents, Serving Over 80% of Indonesia’s Villages

Approaching 130 years of service, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk continues to provide inclusive financial services across Indonesia, reaching even the most remote areas (09/12). One of the main drivers of this expansion is the AgenBRILink network, which offers a hybrid solution for fast, easy, and affordable access to banking services.

1.2 Million AgenBRILink Agents Facilitate Widespread Financial Transactions

As of October 2025, BRI operates with approximately 1.2 million AgenBRILink agents, covering 66,649 villages, or more than 80% of all villages in Indonesia. Through this partnership model, AgenBRILink has processed 913 million financial transactions with a total volume of IDR 1,440 trillion, highlighting its role in supporting financial activity at the grassroots level.

Branch Network Supports Direct Customer Services

BRI maintains 7,405 branch offices across the country as of September 2025. These offices provide in-person services and serve as the backbone for transactions that require more comprehensive assistance.

Digital Channels Enable 24/7 Transactions Nationwide

To complement physical networks, BRI has developed digital infrastructure, with more than 687,000 E-Channel units, including ATMs, CRM systems, and merchant networks. Digital banking accounts for 99.4% of all transactions, reflecting the increasing reliance of the public on accessible, round-the-clock services.
