The Digital Business continues to perform strongly, contributing 90.3% of the total revenue in this segment. IndiHome residential customers grew 10.4% YoY, reaching 9.8 million customers, while total B2C and B2B customers grew by 7% YoY, reaching 11 million.

Telkomsel also expanded its network infrastructure, with 278,100 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), including 227,454 BTS 4G and 1,910 BTS 5G, ensuring robust service delivery.

Enterprise and Wholesale Segments Show Positive Growth

The Enterprise segment recorded a revenue of Rp5.0 trillion, growing by 2.9% YoY. The growth was driven by services such as Indibiz, satellite services, and digital payment solutions. The Wholesale and International segment reported a revenue of Rp4.8 trillion, a 0.6% YoY increase, driven by digital infrastructure and international wholesale voice services.

Mitratel and Data Center Businesses Expand Portfolio

Mitratel, Telkom’s telecommunications tower subsidiary, reported a revenue of Rp2.3 trillion, showing a 1.4% YoY increase. Mitratel added 189 new towers in Q1 2025, bringing its total tower portfolio to 39,593. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter was Rp1.9 trillion, with a net profit of Rp526 billion. The tower leasing business contributed 82% of Mitratel’s total revenue.

Telkom’s Data Center and Cloud business generated Rp446 billion in revenue, operating 35 data centers with a total capacity of 38 MW. The company also has 2,420 racks for edge data centers across Indonesia.

Commitment to ESG and Sustainability Initiatives

Telkom has emphasized its commitment to sustainability, focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. As part of its Net Zero Emissions target by 2060, Telkom independently verified its 2023–2024 greenhouse gas emissions in line with ISO 14064-1:2018 standards, confirming the accuracy of its data without any significant findings.
