In an era of rapid technological advancement, digitalization has become a crucial pillar in strengthening the foundations of modern governance. It represents not just an adaptation of technology but a strategic step toward establishing a more transparent, inclusive, and efficient government system.
The integration of digital technologies enables faster, more accurate, and integrated administrative processes, significantly improving the quality of public services received by citizens. Appointed as GovTech Indonesia under Presidential Regulation 82/2023, PERURI has partnered with the Electronic Certification Institute of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSrE-BSSN) to host the BE TALK event. The theme, “Big Data and AI for Digital Government Improvement,” took place at the Subono Mantofani Hall, PERURI Jakarta, on October 29.
This event focused on exploring the use of cutting-edge technologies, particularly Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of public services in Indonesia. This aligns with the vision of President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin in creating a digitally-based government.

During the discussion, Imam Resti M., Head of Governance at BSrE, highlighted three key elements for successful digital transformation: growth mindset, innovation, and teamwork. He noted that fostering an adaptive mindset is vital for sustainable development and creating a culture open to progress. The success of digital transformation relies heavily on synergy and engagement from all stakeholders.
