Notably, it includes internship programs that provide students with practical industry experience, knowledge transfer activities such as seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and specialized training sessions. These initiatives are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and insights to meet industry standards upon graduation.

Furthermore, the partnership opens avenues for collaborative research between UMM faculty members and PT Haida Agriculture Indonesia, fostering innovation and development in aquaculture practices. There is also potential for student exchange programs, allowing UMM students to engage in intensive learning experiences at PT Haida's facilities in Guangdong, China.

The collaboration is timely, as PT Haida Agriculture Indonesia plans to expand its operations by opening a new branch in Lampung, which will create numerous employment opportunities.
