PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (IDX: “GOTO” or the “Company”) has launched Bakti GoTo untuk Negeri, a set of four initiatives to support the well-being of millions of Gojek driver-partners and their families (27/01).
The programs aim to meet immediate needs and create future opportunities across Indonesia.
President Director and CEO Hans Patuwo said, “The well-being of our driver-partners is a top priority – GoTo would not be here without their support. We have always believed that the Company’s journey and growth must go hand-in-hand with improving the welfare of our top-performing driver-partners. Through these four initiatives, we want to ensure they are protected today, while also having better opportunities for the future.”
Expanding Social Protection and Holiday Bonuses Nationwide
GoTo is extending BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan benefits to top-performing driver-partners.
The program was first launched in Surabaya in December 2025 and will now cover eligible Mitra Juara across Indonesia starting 1 February 2026.
The Company will also distribute the Holiday Bonus (Bonus Hari Raya) to eligible driver-partners to show appreciation and support family celebrations during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.
Gojek Partner Job Fair Provides Career Opportunities
The Gojek Partner Job Fair (Bursa Kerja Mitra Gojek) offers professional job opportunities for driver-partners and their family members who hold a D3 or S1 degree.
In collaboration with Jobseeker Company, the program provides a dedicated job portal, CV preparation, interview coaching, and other professional development support.
Scholarship Program Expands Access to Education
Through the GoTo Merah Putih Foundation (YGMP), GoTo continues its scholarship program for driver-partners and their children.
The program’s quota has increased fivefold to 150 recipients and now includes driver-partners themselves, providing wider access to education and long-term economic opportunities.
Partner Self-Sustaining Business Program Supports Income Growth
The Partner Self-Sustaining Business Program (Usaha Mitra Swadaya) equips driver-partners with skills and resources to create additional sources of income. In several cities, driver-partners are supported to open repair workshops, run small shops, and develop other micro-businesses.
Through these initiatives, GoTo aims to strengthen social protection, improve the quality of life, and provide long-term opportunities for driver-partners and their families.
