All participants received Clouder Certification, and the top 50 performers earned professional certificates.

The initiative supports the development of AI talent and reduces the gap between industry needs and the availability of digital professionals.

The program emphasized inclusivity by involving participants from students, professionals, and MSMEs. Didi, a software developer from a Singapore-based remote company, said: “I just learned about many AI solutions from Telkom and Alibaba Cloud. This opens a huge opportunity to expand the market and create innovations that benefit society. The event is also very inclusive, providing an understanding of AI applications across different fields.”

Telkom continues to provide access to training, incubation, scholarships, and industry collaboration to strengthen national digital talent, supporting Indonesia’s goal to meet its digital workforce needs by 2030.
