Frequency Band Allocation and License Details

The object of selection is one block of the 1.4 GHz frequency band, ranging from 1432 MHz to 1512 MHz. The block uses Time Division Duplexing (TDD) and is valid for ten years.

The regional and zonal allocations are as follows:

  • Regional I includes Zones 4 to 7 and Zone 9 to 10, covering Banten, Jakarta, parts of West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, Papua, Maluku, and others.
  • Regional II covers Zones 1 to 3, Zone 8, and Zone 15, including Aceh, Sumatra, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Riau Islands.
  • Regional III includes Zones 11 to 14, covering Sulawesi and Kalimantan provinces.

Objection Period and Selection Continuation

Participants may file written objections with supporting evidence through the e-Auction system no later than Friday, October 17, 2025, at 15:00 WIB. If no objections are submitted, the selection process will proceed to the reporting stage and the preparation of the winner's appointment draft to be submitted to the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs.

Participants ranked first in each region will be declared winners after the issuance of the official decision by the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs.
