The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) has formed a dedicated internal team to support the implementation of Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) at the national level.

Minister Meutya Hafid stated that the success of SDI depends heavily on the integrity and timeliness of the data presented.

"We have prepared a team from Kemkomdigi to strengthen the performance of Satu Data Indonesia," she said during the SDI Steering Council Meeting 2025 at the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) office in Jakarta on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Strategic Officials Assigned to Oversee National Data Program

This internal team consists of key strategic officials: the Director of Government Digital Technology Strategy and Policy, the Director of Government Digital Infrastructure, the Director of Government Digital Applications, the Director of Digital Space Oversight Strategy and Policy, and the Director of Digital Space Control within the data security working group.

Meutya explained that this team will help improve the availability, quality, and security of the data managed by SDI.

"SDI data must ensure ease of sharing and must uphold personal data protection norms," she said.

To maintain high data quality and relevance, Meutya invited central and regional government institutions that contribute to SDI to routinely update their data.

“The active role of every central and regional institution in updating data is crucial,” she said.

Meutya affirmed that Kemkomdigi will continue to support SDI to serve as a credible national reference and foundation for a more inclusive and sustainable digital government transformation.
