PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) conducted its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2024 fiscal year in Jakarta (27/5).

The meeting approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp21.0 trillion, representing 89% of the company’s 2024 net profit. This marks a 19% increase from the previous year.

Each shareholder will receive Rp212.47 per share. The dividend will be paid no later than 2 July 2025 to shareholders listed in the company’s registry as of the close of trading on 12 June 2025.

At the AGMS press conference, SVP Group Sustainability and Corporate Communication, Telkom Ahmad Reza, confirmed the new leadership structure.

2024 Financial Performance: Stable Growth Despite Challenges

Telkom reported consolidated revenue of Rp150.0 trillion for 2024, a 0.5% increase from the previous year.

Consolidated EBITDA remained at Rp75.0 trillion, with an EBITDA margin of 50.0%.

The net profit reached Rp23.6 trillion, with a net profit margin of 15.8%.

These results came despite macroeconomic pressures and the impact of the Early Retirement Program (ERP) executed in the second quarter of 2024.

Strategic Transformation Through Five Bold Moves

Throughout 2024, Telkom accelerated its transformation using the Five Bold Moves strategy. Its Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) initiative completed the integration of One-Billing to improve customer transactions.

Through PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (TIF), InfraCo secured licenses for JARTAPLOK (Local Fixed Network) and JARTUP (Closed Fixed Network) Terrestrial, laying the groundwork for expanded service capabilities.

DataCenterCo, via NeutraDC, focused on developing hyperscale and edge data centers to meet rising demand, particularly in the hyperscaler and enterprise segments.

In B2B Digital IT Services, Telkom pursued strategic partnerships with global technology firms.

DigiCo continued delivering digital solutions tailored to both B2C and B2B markets.

During the press conference, Deputy President Director Muhammad Awaluddin stated, “As a flag carrier in the telco industry, Telkom has a significant responsibility to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia”.

He added, “Telkom is committed to becoming a leader in the national digital ecosystem to support the Asta Cita of President Prabowo Gibran’s administration and other government strategic programs.”

“Telkom must not only build and manage infrastructure, but also serve as an enabler in realizing national digital sovereignty,” he concluded.
