The company provides a free spare parts and service program for up to 50,000 km or 5 years (whichever comes first) with the purchase of the NETA V-II and NETA X electric vehicle models.

NETA also offers a Lifetime Warranty on three key components: the high voltage battery, drive motor, and motor control unit for purchases made until December 31, 2025.

Furthermore, NETA has formed a strategic partnership with Otoklix, a leading integrated automotive service provider, to ensure reliable after-sales services across Indonesia.

This collaboration aims to make premium after-sales services easily accessible to NETA customers.

In May 2025, NETA launched its NETA Trade-In Deals promotion, allowing potential customers to trade in their old cars for up to IDR 20 million in discounts on the NETA V-II and NETA X models.

Enhanced EV Ownership Experience

NETA continues to enhance its customer experience by offering free home charging installation for NETA owners.

This initiative ensures that customers can conveniently charge their vehicles at home.

Additionally, NETA provides 24/7 emergency roadside assistance (ERA) and a free 24/7 hotline service to address any concerns or issues that may arise while on the road.
