Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, she served as CEO of Generali Life Insurance in Malaysia and was a member of the Management Committee of the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM). Under her leadership, Generali Life Insurance Malaysia achieved sustainable business growth through various distribution channels with a strong focus on customer needs. Rebecca has been part of the Generali Group since 2019, gaining a deep understanding of the group's global strategy and market dynamics, particularly in Asia.
Nyean Soon Chin's Financial Expertise
Nyean Soon Chin has over 22 years of experience in actuarial science and financial leadership across multinational life and general insurance companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Before joining Generali Indonesia, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance. His extensive background in financial management and strategic planning is expected to contribute significantly to Generali Indonesia's financial stability and growth.
Amit Vakil's Distribution Leadership
Amit Vakil has more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, successfully leading various distribution channels, including agency and bancassurance. Prior to his appointment at Generali Indonesia, he served as Head of Partnership Distribution & Bancassurance at Future Generali India Life Insurance. His expertise in distribution strategies is anticipated to enhance Generali Indonesia's market reach and customer engagement.
