To improve customer convenience in accessing banking services, Bank Mandiri also introduced the Livin’ Call feature within the Livin’ by Mandiri application.
Through this feature, customers can connect directly with Bank Mandiri call center agents without being charged phone credit fees, allowing information requests and service assistance to be accessed faster and more practically.
