Users must enter a mobile number with the appropriate country code and an active email address for OTP verification. Identity verification is conducted using an electronic ID (e-KTP) and facial recognition following the application’s instructions.

After that, users select a BRI branch to manage the account, create a username and password, and set a transaction PIN. Once completed, the BRImo account can be directly used for digital banking services.

As of the first quarter of 2026, BRImo recorded 47.8 million users, increasing 18.6 percent year-on-year (YoY). Transaction volume reached Rp2,042.2 trillion, growing 29.4 percent YoY compared to the same period last year.

BRImo continues to provide various financial services, including transfers, bill payments, digital product purchases, investment services, and cross-border transactions.

BRImo’s overseas registration service is currently available in 15 countries, including Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Germany, United States, Timor-Leste, Brunei Darussalam, and Australia.
