BSI Targets More Than 10 Million Users by 2026
As of December 2025, BSI’s mobile banking users exceeded 9 million, consisting of around 6 million BYOND users and more than 3 million users of BSI Mobile.
BSI is targeting more than 10 million users by 2026, supported by its ongoing digital transformation strategy.
President Director Anggoro Eko Cahyo said digitalization is an entry point to introduce BSI’s products and services in a simple, secure, and inclusive way.

Digital Innovation Drives Feature and Transaction Growth
BSI stated that the growth of BYOND is driven by digital transformation through the development of adaptive and innovative features.
One of the features is bullion banking services, including gold savings that can be accessed starting from around Rp50,000.
This service increased gold savings users to more than 530,000, growing 417% year-on-year.
BYOND transactions reached more than 730 million, increasing 52% annually, while transaction value reached approximately Rp820 trillion, up 48% year-on-year.
BYOND Offers Financial and Spiritual Services in One Platform
Through BYOND, customers can access services such as account opening, gold investment, and financing.
The application also includes social and spiritual features such as ZISWAF services, mosque location, and Qibla direction.
In addition, customers can open hajj savings accounts with an initial deposit starting from Rp100,000.
Over the past year, hajj savings users through BYOND increased by 108% year-on-year to around 380,000 customers.
BSI Expands Integrated Digital Banking Ecosystem
BSI continues to strengthen its digital ecosystem through integrated e-channel services, including BSI Call 14040, around 6,000 ATM/CRM units, BYOND, BSI Net, and BEWIZE for institutional cash management.
The bank also has more than 126,000 agents across Indonesia and provides remittance services in various countries.
In 2026, BSI will continue to enhance technology capabilities, service quality, and expand its digital ecosystem to support user growth, transaction frequency, and transaction value.
