Over 5,000 Women Entrepreneurs Trained in AI and Digital Skills Through SisBerdaya 2025 Program

SisBerdaya & DisBerdaya 2025 carries the theme “Advancing Business with Technology,” focusing on utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and digital solutions to increase productivity, effectiveness, and sustainability in business.

The program has provided digital learning to 5,197 women entrepreneurs, including 117 women with disabilities, helping them expand markets, manage businesses more efficiently with AI, and build confidence as SME leaders ready to lead digital transformation.

Expanding Reach and Impact Across Indonesia

This year’s program attracted over 5,000 participants from three main regions: Western Indonesia, Eastern Indonesia, and Jabodetabek—an increase of 176% from last year.

DisBerdaya grew fourfold compared to 2024, with more than 100 women with disabilities participating.

Participants came from areas ranging from Sumatra to Papua and underwent hybrid training covering digital marketing, financial record-keeping, and AI utilization strategies.

Rony Ukurta Barus, Head of Financial Inclusion Directorate at OJK, affirmed that the program “has created a catalyst for change” and proved that women, including those with disabilities, have a strategic role in national economic growth.

Finalists and Judges of the Competition

From August 5 to 7, 35 finalists took part in the live final quarantine event in Jakarta, presenting their business ideas passionately before a panel of judges: Arih Lystia (Content Creator), Dina Artarini (Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, DANA Indonesia), Gretel Griselda (CEO PT Alto Network), Mario Gultom (CEO & Co-Founder Kopi Sunyi), Olavina Harahap (Director of Communications, DANA Indonesia), Olga Lydia (Creative & Entertainment Entrepreneur), Troy Parwata (Member of CFO Club Indonesia & CPA Australia), Umi Kalsum (Deputy Editor-in-Chief, IDN Media), and Wilson Siahaan (Senior Director of Government Affairs & Strategic Development, Indonesia Ant International).

Winners and Award Highlights

After a strict selection process, SisBerdaya named 30 winners and DisBerdaya selected 5 winners.

They will share a total prize pool of Rp 750 million to support business growth, capacity enhancement, and technology adoption.

Vince Iswara, CEO of DANA Indonesia, stated, “This award is an important moment to close the digital divide and support women MSMEs as economic drivers.”

One winner, Iis Sadiyah, owner of Alfazza Farm and SisBerdaya 2025 Area 3 (Jabodetabek), said, “Before joining SisBerdaya, I only sold products to my neighbors. Now, I market through social media and marketplaces, and orders have increased significantly.”
