Leadership Transition at Amman Mineral: Alexander Ramlie Resigns as CEO Ahead of AGM, Meet His Successor

Alexander Ramlie submitted his resignation as President Director (CEO) of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN), two days before the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) (14/6).

Corporate Secretary Vemmy Febrianti stated that the resignation is related to plans to appoint Ramlie as a commissioner of the company.

"On June 14, 2025, the company received a resignation letter from Mr. Alexander Ramlie from his position as President Director," Vemmy wrote in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

AGMS Agenda on Leadership Changes

The AGMS scheduled for June 16, 2025, will request shareholder approval for Ramlie’s resignation as CEO and his appointment as commissioner.

The company also proposed Arief Widyawan Sidarto as Ramlie’s replacement for the CEO position.

Vemmy assured, "This material information does not negatively impact the company’s business and financial activities".

Meeting Rescheduling and Additional Agenda Items

The AGMS was initially planned for May 28, 2025, but was postponed due to the addition of new agenda items.

The meeting will be held at 1:00 PM WIB, both physically and online via the eASY KSEI application.

Besides the changes in the board of directors and commissioners, the meeting will also cover the approval of the use of net profit for the 2024 financial year and a report on the use of funds from the company’s initial public offering.
